We are now looking for a
Production Estimator with procurement responsibilities
to join our growing operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys collaborating across departments, and is ready to play a key part in delivering high-quality, custom-built homes.
This isn't just about crunching numbers — it's about owning the details, identifying opportunities for smarter purchasing, and ensuring every job is set up for success on-site.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare accurate bills of quantities and production estimates
* Generate and manage purchase orders for all project components
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing and availability
* Collaborate with the construction and design teams to ensure smooth job delivery
* Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and help maintain margin targets
* Maintain strong supplier relationships and keep our procurement data up to date
About You:
We're looking for someone who:
* Has minimum 3 years proven experience in residential construction estimating (custom homes preferred)
* Is proficient with estimating software (e.g. Databuild, or similar)
* Understands the residential construction process and its key milestones
* Is highly organised, accurate, and committed to meeting deadlines
* Has excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Is keen to join a forward-thinking business where your input is valued
* Trade background would be an advantage
