The team conducts mental health screening assessments, directs care to the most appropriate team for assessment and treatment, or provides warm referrals to suitable providers if mental health services are not the best fit.As a Senior Clinician, you will provide recovery-oriented and trauma-informed mental health triage, along with clinical support and leadership to colleagues within the centralised triage team across a 24/7 roster.Position overviewFull-time and part-time ongoing positions available. Please specify your preferred hours in your application.Location: Warrnambool CampusQualifications and grades:Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4Social Worker/Occupational Therapist/Psychologist Grade 3Salary RangeRegistered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4: $112,465.60 - $121,113.20 (pro-rata), plus superannuationOccupational Therapist Grade 3: $101,597.60 - $116,074.40 (pro-rata), plus superannuationThis position is eligible for incentive payments for rent, childcare, relocation, and more through the Rural Agency Workforce Victoria (RWAV) grants program, up to $10,000.What you bringExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for working within a collaborative, highly skilled team. A comprehensive understanding of legislation, regulation, and contemporary practice is required.Depending on your qualification, you will have:Registered Nurse: Tertiary qualifications, AHPRA registration, and at least 5 years' experience in mental health services.
