Media Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking a Media Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the traders and managers on the team with delivering campaign work, learning the 'how' behind media work, and working closely with the trader and manager on the team to complete reporting, such as post-campaign reporting, tracking, and campaign reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in learning media and understand the differences between media and marketing agencies. They will also have a high attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support traders and managers on the team with delivering campaign work
* Learn the 'how' behind media work
* Work closely with the trader and manager on the team to complete reporting
* Analyse TV and Radio ratings using tools like eTam and eRam
* Learn to use industry tools such as MOVE for Out of Home channels and Roy Morgan for Print channels
Requirements:
* Genuine interest in learning media
* High attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in using Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Able to commit to full-time work (Monday - Friday)
* Comfortable with an in-person, on-site way of working
