We are currently recruiting for an Operational Divisional Analyst to join our 'Doing Veg Differently' program. This role can be based at any location within our operational footprint.
We're seeking an Operational Divisional Analyst to provide high-level commercial business intelligence and strategic advice to support performance management and improvement initiatives across the Division. This role is pivotal in delivering critical analysis, reporting, and recommendations to senior and executive management, enabling informed decision-making and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare specialised, high-level analysis and network reporting to drive business efficiencies and cost reduction strategies.
* Act as the key point of contact for complex problem-solving, technical, financial, and forecasting advice.
* Develop and maintain robust analytical models and performance metrics, including KPIs and dashboards.
* Provide recommendations to improve business processes, reporting frameworks, and governance.
* Lead and support divisional projects related to operational, financial, and performance reporting.
* Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members across the Division.
About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced analyst with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to deliver insights that drive business improvement. Your background will demonstrate success in managing complex data analysis, reporting frameworks, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence outcomes are essential.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Business Management, Commerce or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
Experience and Skills
* Extensive experience in a similar role within the Energy/Electrical or Utilities industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
* Expertise in reporting and business intelligence tools, with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
* Proven stakeholder management experience and ability to influence outcomes.
