Job Description
Join our Darwin team where wellbeing and quality work are valued. If you are a qualified Allied Health professional who wants a wellness‐focused workplace, this role could be for you.
In this role you will:
* Manage case loads and support them with Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
* Apply clinical knowledge to improve return‐to‐work outcomes
* Collaborate with employers, employees, medical and allied health professionals to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Assist injured workers with health conditions to achieve return‐to‐health and return‐to‐work outcomes
* Conduct a variety of assessments including initial, workplace and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans and address psychosocial barriers
* Identify suitable employment opportunities for workers with workplace injuries or motor vehicle accidents

Qualifications
* A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA, or eligibility to obtain one
* Strong communication skills for building and developing relationships
* Excellent time‐management skills – able to work autonomously and within a team
* A desire to problem‐solve with initiative and achieve results
* A passion for injury prevention, return‐to‐work and associated health benefits
* A current driver licence and access to a vehicle
