We are looking for a senior MSP-specialised Service Desk professional in Perth who values variety, customer relationships and new challenges. We support our people to train and develop, and we seek the best clients and projects for our team.

Responsibilities
- Providing remote service desk support to a variety of environments (10–500 users) as a point of escalation and SME
- Supporting a combination of servers, desktops and applications within Microsoft Azure, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Delivering support for Azure, VMware and Citrix cloud infrastructure
- Performing a wide range of support across multiple technologies
- Occasional project work to deploy solutions for customers
- Collaborating with experienced solutions experts to maintain best-practice environments
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles (Fortigate, Meraki, Cisco preferred)
- Outstanding spoken and written English communications
- Deep knowhow in Windows Server, desktop and Azure AD/Group Policy/ DNS/ DHCP
- Strength across messaging platforms including Exchange Hybrid, On-prem and Office 365
- Experience with Hyper-V and other virtualization solutions
- Extensive experience with backup technologies (Veeam, Datto and StorageCraft preferred)
- Exposure to ticketing tools (ConnectWise, LabTech and Kaseya valued)
