We are looking for a leader to manage divers and operations in a full-time capacity with some weekend work required.

Holmes Trading Co P/L trading as Boat Buddies is the leader in premium hull maintenance and looks after motor and sailing yachts, super yachts, white boats, and commercial vessels on Sydney Harbour. Works include hull cleaning, mooring installation, recovery, and salvage work.
Due to our business expanding, we are currently looking for a team leader to run the daily operation of one or more other divers.
Candidate Requirements:
* ADAS Commercial Diver Qualification or PADI Dive Master or higher (MUST)
* Right to work in Australia (MUST)
* Boat Licence for NSW or Coxswains Commercial Boat License (PREFERRED) (Coxswain G3 Near Coastal)
* Be based in Sydney (MUST)
* Current Dive Medical
* First Aid HLTAID011
* Advanced Resuscitation and CPR HLTAID015 / HLTAID009
* Marine White Card (PREFERRED)
* Previous Hull Cleaning on luxury vessels
We are looking for:
* A hard worker with a positive attitude
* Ability to communicate well and work as a team
* Ability to lead other divers and maintain high standards
* Comfortable with 5-6 hours in the water each day
* Expert in a similar position, e.g., commercial dive or fish farming business
References and police checks are required for the successful candidate. The role is primarily for works in Sydney and at times beyond, with overtime and night works undertaken as required.
The successful applicant will become part of a growing marine maintenance company that has been operating for over 16 years and wants to create a great environment for professional divers to work in.
