We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Contribute to best-in-class hiring practices through innovative talent acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects.
* Support the development of comprehensive interview guides, assessment centre activities, and recruitment efforts.
**University Partnerships & Employer Branding:**
* Partner with universities on internship/graduate recruiting activities, scheduling, planning, and logistics.
* Enhance employer branding through collaborative projects with HR Manager/HQ Employer Branding/HQ Talent Teams.
* Drive internal referral programs to attract top talent.
**Administration:**
* Liaise with HR Operations team on recruitment-related invoices and employee onboarding processes.
* Update talent pipeline lists and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing with a proven track record of success.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Self-starter with a strong passion for talent acquisition and a natural curiosity to improve processes.
* Experience using LinkedIn with a deep understanding of its capabilities.
