About the Role:

* As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct and person-centred care to patients in a range of clinical areas. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive nursing and midwifery care to patients.
* Assess individual patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
* Coordinate services with other disciplines and agencies to meet patient health needs.
* Provide leadership and support to newer or less experienced staff.
* Work autonomously with increasing responsibility over time.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Demonstrated clinical competence and experience in a relevant nursing area.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt flexibly in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
* A passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
