About the Role Tronox is seeking a full time, permanent Maintenance Manager for our Kwinana Pigment Plant.
Our Kwinana Pigment plant is located approx.
.
35 minutes south of Perth.
This role reports to the Site Director and manages a team of approximately 90 employees with teams in execution, reliability, asset integrity, planning, major shutdowns event management.
As a key member of the site leadership team, you will have a key role in leading the Kwinana maintenance team, including the management of all day-to-day processes, short and long term planning, shutdown and event management, and reliability governance.
You will bring together a range of initiatives and projects focused on optimising processes, driving operational excellence, and leveraging innovative technologies piloted at our site for our global business.
This is a senior position and requires strong leadership skills including the capability to motivate, support, coach and mentor a large team and drive sustainable performance and a world class safety culture.
As a maintenance expert, you will ideally be tertiary, or trade qualified in a related discipline and have proven practical experience leading a maintenance department.
Your key responsibilities will include: Provides leadership in line with all Tronox values and leads the Maintenance function Delivers exemplary safety and sustainability performance in line with Tronox systems and processes Develops and delivers the site Maintenance Business Plan Oversee the department's forecasting, planning and execution activities to ensure budgeted production and financial targets are achieved.
Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilisation of labour and materials.
Ensures the facility complies with statutory, safety and environmental standards and regulations, in line with a major hazard facility About You Tertiary or Trade qualification SAP 4 HANA experience (highly desirable) An unwavering commitment to safety with a history of leading by example in relation to safety standards and performance A strong communicator and able to effectively lead and drive change and high performance outcomes with a large team.
