Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist to contribute to the growth of new technologies through technical support, project management, and training at customer sites.
The successful candidate will assist in building a strong reputation for our organization as a preferred provider of EIS and new technologies through proactive customer engagement and establishing stronger bonds with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage R&D based projects and trials effectively.
* Serve as a product specialist and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with new product trials, implementation on new sites, testing, and contributing to training materials.
* Report and follow up any incidents or defects with appropriate stakeholders, troubleshooting problems as required.
* Provide timely and accurate reporting and advice on project activities and initiatives.
* Liaise with customers and industry professionals regularly.
* Represent our organization technically at the customer level.
* Participate in global meetings with key stakeholders to drive collaboration.
* Maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment.
