Depending on your experience, you could be assessing the current state integration landscape for our clients, preparing a roadmap to uplift their integration platform and/or designing the solution. You will communicate system requirements to technical teams and provide guidance to team members as well as getting your hands dirty delivering the integration solution on the relevant platform. You will also ensure the quality of the implementation to the agreed architecture and infrastructure. About our team Deloitte’s Cloud and Engineering Practice helps clients realise the potential of transformational capabilities to solve their most challenging issues. We improve their agility and resilience and identify opportunities to optimise their technology usage. We also accelerate our clients towards a technology-driven future, by implementing vendor solutions as well as Deloitte-developed software solutions and tools. Required interpersonal skills/experience - Strong technical leadership and the ability to influence and communicate with different audiences. - Able to lead or assist in the creation and development of integration platform roadmaps, including performing current state analysis, defining the future state and creating the roadmap to the future state architecture. - Takes responsibility for the integration architecture direction of the solution. Required role specific skills/experience - Familiar with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Event Driven Architecture (EDA) and microservices. - Strong engineering design skills. Knowing how to break down complex problems and follow industry design methods to describe solutions (e.g., Domain Driven Design). - Solid engineering experience using Java or .NET or any of the following integration products: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi - Keen interest in open-source technologies and contributing to the Australian engineering community - Solution delivery with Agile and CICD practices. - Exposure on one or more cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud). Reasonable level of infrastructure and networking knowledge. - Familiar with techniques related to automating platforms and deployments.
