In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.
As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide guidance and help mentor the junior members of the team.DUTIESManage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.Create procurement and contract advice.Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates.Direct projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.Value engineering.Stakeholder Management.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEA bachelor's degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)Minimum 5 years' experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.Experience working with CostX is desirable.Currently holds a membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g.
