The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our warm and supportive team.

The Role
You will:
* Provide psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention
* Work across presentations including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, behavioural challenges, developmental concerns and family-related issues
* Liaise professionally with GPs, schools, allied health professionals and families
* Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and ethical practice
* Optionally participate in peer consultation and case discussion
Engagement Options & Remuneration
We offer two flexible contractor models to suit your professional goals:
1) Room Rental Model
* $150 + GST per day
* Full autonomy over your diary, fees and client management
* Ideal for clinicians building or transitioning their private caseload
2) Subcontractor Model (80/20 Split in Your Favour)
* $220 per billable hour
* 80% to you
* Reception and booking support provided
* Fully set-up consultation rooms
Both options allow you to:
* Build and grow your own client base
* Work with children and/or adults
* Choose your preferred days and hours
* Maintain independence while benefiting from a supportive practice infrastructure
Clinicians are responsible for their own professional indemnity insurance and AHPRA registration compliance. GST applies where relevant.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from psychologists who have:
* Current AHPRA registration (General or Clinical)
* Experience working with children and/or adults
* Strong skills in evidence-based therapies
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* A client-centred, ethical and professional approach
Provisional psychologists nearing general registration with substantial experience are encouraged to apply.
