About the role:
High-volume, grinding up to 5 kg per day, in both takeaway and sit-down coffees
Calibrating the espresso machine to optimise quality of the product
Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency
About you:
Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Maintain personal presentation standards
Ability to work as part of a team and at times, autonomously
Willing to obtain National Police Clearance and Working with Vulnerable People Check
