**The role**
We are looking for a stellar team member. You'll join our experienced Marketing team in shaping a strong team culture that you can be proud of.
You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, collateral and communications (including high-quality content such as graphics, videos, blogs, etc), as well as providing marketing support to internal and external stakeholders.
This is a critical role for Xaana to ensure all internal constituents are working toward the same goal and managing communication & changes as we put new products to market. This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse set of teams and drive success at Xaana as we grow our leadership position in AI-driven process automation. This position is in Canberra, Australia.
**Key responsibilities**
Under direction from the Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will undertake the following duties including, but are not limited to:
- Working with operational stakeholders to drive detailed plans as appropriate
- Implementing the social media strategy to support goals and activities related to brand awareness and positioning, industry thought leadership and progression of prospects through the buyer journey (top to bottom of the funnel).
- Design a test-and-learn approach that allows us to identify which content themes, formats, and media channels best achieve our goals.
- Ideate compelling content in line with our SEO and content strategy.
- Undertake competitor and customer research to inform the strategy.
- Work with other key stakeholders in the business to ensure the proposed strategy has buy-in and aligns with business goals.
- Assist with website back-end operations
- Assist with product launches and priority products to achieve digital visibility and conversion goals
- Maintain a content calendar of all social media channels, communicating and educating the content strategy to the operational stakeholders.
**Selection Criteria**

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills with emphasis on technology
- Strong accountability and project management for tasks without close supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and productively in an unstructured environment
- Demonstrated history of managing complex projects and executing marketing plans
- Marketing, e-commerce, or business-related studies
- Familiar with MS Office, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
