The Manager, Organisational Development and Learning reports to the Head of Organisational Development and Learning and leads the effective development and implementation of a suite of programs and initiatives which build workforce capability, and support teams to thrive in order to achieve the SESLHD strategic priorities.
The Position leads and manages the design, development, implementation and evaluation of organisational development initiatives for leadership development, capability development, engagement surveys, recognition, on boarding, employee value proposition, engagement and organisational culture.
