About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operation of DCI's Integrated Management System (IMS), assisting with compliance documentation, reporting, and audit preparation.

Working closely with the Compliance Manager and internal teams, you will help maintain accurate, audit‑ready compliance records. This role is well suited to a junior or early‑career professional seeking hands‑on experience in audit and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting the day‑to‑day operation of DCI's Integrated Management System (IMS)
* Maintaining compliance documentation, registers, and SharePoint records in line with IMS requirements
* Collecting and consolidating compliance data and evidence for reporting and audit purposes
* Assisting with internal and external audit preparation, including evidence collation and follow‑ups
* Supporting scheduled compliance reviews, document cycles, and action tracking
* Providing general administrative and coordination support to the Compliance function

Skills & Qualifications

* Qualification in Business, Compliance, Risk, Quality, HSE, Information Security, or a related field,
or
equivalent practical experience (e.g. internship or entry‑level role)
* Basic understanding of compliance, policy, procedure, and document control principles
* Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to record‑keeping
* Confident using Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Excel, and Word
* Ability to collect data, maintain registers, and support audit and reporting activities
* Willingness to learn compliance frameworks and handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Security Clearance Requirement

* Current Baseline or NV1 (Negative Vetting Level 1) is highly regarded
* Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain NV1 clearance, which requires Australian Citizenship
