About The Role
You'll be a valued member of the Marketing team, delivering customer journey communications across Captain's Choice and other brands. You'll play a key part in enhancing guest experience, supporting retention, reducing cancellations, and driving sales through personalised email campaigns.
This role is responsible for coordinating merchandise and documentation across our brands and collaborating closely with internal teams to bring our journeys to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver timely, accurate customer journey communications.
* Create engaging pre‑departure and sales‑driving email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Maintain and optimise existing automated email journeys.
* Coordinate brand documentation and merchandise with internal teams and suppliers.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Guest Relations, and Marketing teams to enhance the guest experience.
About You
* This is an entry level role suited to a marketing graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience.
* You'll need strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and organisational skills.
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing is required.
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is preferred but not essential.
* You'll be customer-centric, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
* You'll be able to manage multiple tasks, take ownership, and work hands-on.
* You'll be a collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
