About the Role
If you've always dramed of a career in Marketing, this is your moment We are on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Peter Alexander Marketing & Online team.
Working closely with the Marketing & PR Manager, Head of Marketing & Online, Peter Alexander (yes, the man himself) and the wider brand team, the role of Marketing Coordinator is key in bringing our exceptional brand to life for our customers.
Based at our Support Office in St Kilda Road, this role is a great entry into the world of Retail Marketing. You'll join our fast-paced and creative environment with our high-performing, dynamic, and successful brand team.
What your day-to-day could look like:
* Managing samples for eCommerce and Campaign photography, working closely with Product, VM and Online Teams
* Assisting in the Pre-Production and Post-Production of eCommerce Photography Shoots, including planning, brief preparation to image selection and file management
* Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external teams (including store shopping centre marketing teams)
* Securing marketing opportunities for the brand through partnerships with centre marketing teams
* Assisting in the execution of new store opening marketing activities across all markets
* Supporting the marketing team in digital marketing opportunities
* Assisting in the planning and production of the bi-annual retail team conference
* Contribute to the coordination of the brand's charity initiatives, supporting key partnerships with the RSPCA & Paw Justice animal charities
* Assisting the Marketing & PR Manager and Head of Marketing & Online as required
Our Dream Candidate:
A recent graduate with a passion for retail, marketing and all things sleep, you'll bring the below to your role;
* A working knowledge of the Peter Alexander brand
* Degree qualified in Marketing, PR, communications or business
* Experience in fashion retail
* Strong organisation skills and the ability to build relationships
* Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Proactive with a high level of initiative and ability to multitask
* Can do attitude with an eagerness to learn
* Experience in Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial
