About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with practical solutions that enhance efficiency and deliver measurable value. Working within the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), you will work on key initiatives across Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and internal business projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Through collaboration with stakeholders and the application of industry best practices, you will contribute to the organisation's success by driving innovative process improvements and achieving impactful project outcomes. A solid understanding of BABOK v3 principles is highly desirable to ensure excellence in business analysis practices.
The EPMO is a dedicated team responsible for driving both ICT and business projects that align with the organisation's strategic goals. Through partnerships with various Service Lines, the EPMO ensures that project outcomes meet the evolving needs of both internal and external clients. By understanding the unique requirements of each area, the EPMO identifies and supports business improvement opportunities, positioning the organisation for enhanced efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction.
We have two opportunities available in our growing team and we are open to this candidate being based out of any major Australian city (Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne), highly flexible (hybrid) working arrangements, via a mix of on-site and remote working will be available.

Additionally, you will bring:
- Demonstrated expertise in capturing and analysing business requirements, process modelling, and validating solutions, preferably within Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather information from diverse sources and foster innovative solutions.
- Proven experience engaging stakeholders at all levels to elicit key information and align goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and logically across all audience levels.
- Advanced proficiency in BPMN tools such as Mural or Visio for effective process diagramming.
- Hands-on experience with business reform, transformation projects, and enabling change in dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges and navigating complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and resilience to handle high-pressure situations with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- High motivation with the ability to manage complex challenges and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on ICT projects, e.g. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA).
- Knowledge of BABOK v3 principles is highly desirable.
- Practical experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
