Job Overview:
This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a senior contract professional to drive commercial frameworks, reporting cadence, and delivery controls across multiple projects on the Gold Coast and SE QLD.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end contract administration, developing and implementing company-wide commercial systems, overseeing procurement, trade letting, head/subcontract management, and compliance, as well as driving cost reporting, forecasting, and cashflow with disciplined monthly cycles.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to mentor junior and intermediate CAs to embed consistency and quality while operating autonomously.
Key responsibilities include building and refining systems, reporting, and frameworks that will scale the business, working closely with the Construction Manager and Director to achieve this goal.
