Your new role 
As Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. Working both in office and in-office, you’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and subcontractors to ensure contractural and financial aspects of projects are managed efficiently. 
- Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement 
- Administer contracts, variations, and progress claims 
- Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting 
- Liaise with site teams and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery 
What you’ll need to succeed 
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Contract Administrator role within commercial or industrial construction 
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and financial processes 
- Excellent communication and organisational skills 
- Ability to work collaboratively across site and office environments 
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field
