About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a Heavy Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults in heavy vehicles.
Duties:
* Diagnose and repair faults in heavy vehicles
* Carry out regular maintenance and servicing work
* Check own work to ensure it meets manufacturer standards
* Train and assist junior technicians
* Participate in on-call roster and attend breakdowns
* Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
* Heavy vehicle mechanic qualification or equivalent
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work safely and as part of a team
* HR and forklift licence (desired)
* Kenworth or DAF experience (desired)
