About the Role
This is a brand new role at DoorDash ANZ — the first of its kind in the business. You\'ll own acquisition, marketing, and retention for merchants on the DoorDash platform, with a specific focus on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This is your opportunity to build something from the ground up, make the role your own, and grow with it. Strong performers will be considered for conversion to a permanent position.
You\'ll report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager for Growth and Retention in Australia and operate as an individual contributor, embedded within a tight-knit team of marketers. You\'ll work closely with integrated brand, growth, and acquisition marketing partners, as well as cross-functional stakeholders across strategy, operations, and finance — and you\'ll manage a performance marketing agency. You\'ll be goaled on lead conversion and business sign up metrics.

You're excited about you because you have...
* 6+ years of marketing experience, including campaign strategy, planning, forecasting, and execution
* Hands-on experience implementing or setting up CRM software, and building lead nurture or lead management funnels
* Experience managing a performance marketing channels or an agency
* Experience managing marketing budgets and overseeing a lead funnel end-to-end
* Generalist experience across the full marketing mix
* Deep knowledge of the Australian local market
* A collaborative mindset, big ideas, and the drive to execute at pace
Nice to have:
* B2B marketing experience, particularly with small businesses or services that help SMBs grow
* Experience working with leads or customers for whom English is a second language
