The Role
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in this newly created role.
You'll be instrumental in strengthening relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving strategic growth across our Equipment, Training, and Personnel divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote PWR's full range of products and services to mining and local government sectors
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the WA market
Provide regular reports and forecasts on sales activity and market performance
Identify and target key strategic accounts to grow market share
Monitor competitor activity and contribute to market analysis
Maintain and expand existing contracts and client relationships
Deliver technical product presentations to a variety of stakeholders
Engage with suppliers for product training and technical insights
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a similar business development role
Strong understanding of emergency services and mining industries
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
Ability to lead initiatives that deliver measurable business value
Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach
Desirable Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business Administration
