About the Role
This is a leadership position in our Family Violence Services team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that services are safe and effective.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the family violence sector, including risk assessment and case management. They will also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage budgets and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight of Family Violence Services.
* Clinical Supervision: Mentor and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
* Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
Requirements:
* Degree Qualification: A degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
* Experience: Significant post-qualifying experience in the family violence sector, including risk assessment and case management.
* Skills: Strong leadership skills, budget management skills, and clinical supervision skills.
