- Ensure compliance with quality and safety programs.

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree, Graduate Diploma, or equivalent research experience in biotechnology, pharmacology, or related fields.

- Proficiency in a range of lab techniques and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Interest in mRNA therapeutics, nanotechnology, and cardiovascular disease research.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail.

We offer a salary range of $79,090.83–$99,993.88 + 12% superannuation + generous salary packaging options, and a full-time, 1-year fixed term contract with potential opportunity to extend based on performance and funding availability.

Working at the Baker Institute offers generous salary packaging, an employee assistance program, a staff gym, and an active social club. Our offices and laboratories are adjacent to the Alfred Hospital and close to St Kilda Road, Chapel Street, and Fawkner Park.
