About the role
Hands-on role in a working brewery. You'll help keep the place spotless, support brew days, run the canning line, and turn empty kegs into full ones. No brewing experience needed we'll train you. A trade/technical background is a big plus (mechanical/plumbing/electrical) because troubleshooting and "thinking one step ahead" are gold here.

* Assist on brew days (grain handling, transfers, dry hopping) under supervision.
* Assist in set up, operate and pack-off the canning line.
* Clean and fill kegs; manage empty returns; keep keg and packaging records.
* Receive ingredients/packaging, organise cold room and warehouse areas.
* Follow SOPs, complete checklists, and keep accurate basic records.
* Work safely with chemicals (caustic/acid), hot water/steam and CO₂ in confined spaces (with training/PPE provided).
You'll be a great fit if you
* Can do manual handling (lift up to ~25 kg, move full kegs with trolleys).
* Can follow instructions/SOPs, work neatly and finish tasks to a high standard.
* Are practical, punctual and reliable; comfortable in wet/cold/hot environments.
* Enjoy fixing things and asking "why", not just "what next".
* Have full work rights in Australia and can work Mondays/Tuesdays (plus some Wednesdays).
Nice to have (not essential)
* Trade or technical background (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fabrication).
* Food safety knowledge or previous manufacturing experience.
