As we continue to expand our Residential Energy Storage business (EP Cube) in Australia, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Technical Support professionals who are passionate about renewable energy and energy storage solutions
About the Opportunity
We are building a strong technical support capability across Australia to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and ongoing support of EP Cube systems.
If you have experience working with:
* Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
* Residential energy solutions
* Electrical installation and commissioning
* Technical customer support within the renewable energy sector

These roles will focus on supporting installers and channel partners to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality installations, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities (may include)
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to installers and partners (remote and on-site as required)
* Supporting installation and commissioning of residential energy storage systems
* Delivering technical training sessions and product education to installers and channel partners
* Assisting with warranty claims, RMAs, and technical case management
* Using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and track service cases
* Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Global Technical teams to resolve complex issues
* Collecting field feedback to support product improvement and local market adaptation
* Participating in industry events and installer engagement activities when required
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in technical support within Solar PV, battery storage, or related electrical industries
* Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and energy storage integration
* Hands-on installation or commissioning experience is highly desirable
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Comfortable delivering technical presentations and installer training
* Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently
* Willingness to travel within Australia as required
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office tools
* Relevant electrical qualifications, CEC accreditation, or industry certifications are highly regarded.
