Quality Assurance Specialist
This is a highly skilled role that requires the ability to develop an understanding of regulatory and compliance issues within the Long Tail business. The ideal candidate will be able to reduce potential negative impacts on the organization.
The role involves understanding the risks and associated controls in the Long Tail business and supporting the business to monitor performance and adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include completing reviews to support the quality management framework, including relevant Business Plans and the Personal Injury claims strategy.
The successful candidate will also support our Management Team to identify and manage risk issues and incidents within timeframes, escalating when necessary.
In addition, they will contribute to action plans from internal audits and quality management reviews and provide feedback on business trends, training gaps, and maintaining high performance with a focus on customer centricity.
The role requires strong professional relationships and influencing outcomes through effective partnership and collaboration with stakeholders.
