Responsibilities
* Administration & Reporting: Manage records, documentation and general office administration; Process accounts payable, invoicing and financial administration (including systems such as BasWare); Support reporting requirements and maintain accurate data systems; Assist in managing internal systems, workflows and documentation.
* Office & Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the Resident Services Manager (RSM); Manage incoming and outgoing mail and general office coordination; Support multiple village offices (Mowll, Warrina and Flinders) and ensure processes and records are maintained in line with organisational requirements.
* Reception Backup (as required): Provide front desk support during reception leave periods and assist with enquiries from residents, visitors and staff in a professional manner.
Qualifications
* You are warm, organised and approachable, with a genuine desire to support older people and create a welcoming environment.
* Previous experience in administration, accounts or office support roles.
* Experience with accounts payable or financial admin systems (e.g. BasWare desirable).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confident systems and technology skills (MS Office and databases).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work across multiple sites and stakeholders.
* A team-focused, adaptable approach.
* A valid driver's licence.
