Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive valuations of office, retail, industrial, and development sites
* Provide valuation services for government clients, including Transport NSW, Parks, Educational Institutions, and Hospitals
* Deliver expert valuation and advisory services for financial reporting, mortgage security, acquisition/disposal, and market value advice
About You:
* Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) with a minimum of 2 years post-CPV experience in commercial valuations, coupled with strong analytical skills
* Demonstrate ability to work independently, conduct thorough research, and manage data accurately, while utilizing Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel efficiently
* Showcase excellent report writing and communication skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
