Join us at Postino Osteria in Summer Hill, where we're looking for several casual bartenders to join our team for our traditional Italian neighbourhood osteria with a 120 capacity.
We value personality, Italianity, and passion in our team members, so if you have prior experience with Italian cuisine and are ready to showcase your hospitable, charismatic, and neighbourhood-loving personality, we want to hear from you
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Hold a current NSW RSA Certificate
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum 1 year in bars and restaurants
- Polite personal manner, both face to face and over the phone
- Ability to keep cool under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent grooming standards
- Hours can vary and include weekend and holiday work
Preferred Requirements:
- Speak Italian? Bonus
- Barista experience
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Keeping the bar clean and tidy
- Setting up the bar for each service
- Re-stocking lines as required
- Provide friendly and efficient service to our customers
- Making cocktails in accordance to our cheat sheets
- Making espresso coffees

Pay: $31.23 - $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
