Overview
Experienced Dietitian required for a hospital based role in the Northern Territory. Start ASAP until 29th May. The position is at level P2 or P3. Accommodation and relocation assistance available, including travel assistance.
Responsibilities
* Provide dietetic services to acute care, ICU, paediatrics, renal, surgical general medical and outpatients, gastroenterology (including PEG and IBD).
* Use motivational interviewing and cultural engagement techniques.
* Participate in professional development opportunities such as eating disorders and cultural engagement.
* Work hours are 8 am to 4:21 pm.
* Opportunity for remote trips.
Qualifications
* Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status or eligibility.
* Hospital experience mandatory.
* Acute care or renal experience required.
* Preferred but not essential: valid driver's licence.
Benefits & Compensation
* Salary depends on level: P2 ranges $90,204–$107,554; P3 ranges $110,873–$124,173.
* Salary sacrifice and 12% superannuation.
* Locum rates up to $70 per hour + super available depending on experience.
