This role offers the opportunity to work with modern platforms, collaborate with a great team, and shape technology that genuinely improves member outcomes.**About the role**As a Solution Architect, you’ll design and deliver integrated technology solutions that enable GMHBA’s strategic transformation. You’ll work closely with business leaders, delivery teams and vendors to translate complex requirements into clear, scalable architectures - with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure technologies.This is a hands‐on, high‐impact role where you’ll guide technical decision‐making across a complex delivery landscape, influence architectural standards, and ensure solutions are secure, resilient and future‐ready. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive architecture community, contributing to shared outcomes across one of GMHBA’s most significant transformation programs.**What you’ll be doing*** Design end-to-end solution architectures across applications, data, integrations, and infrastructure* Lead the delivery of scalable solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure integration services* Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs and architecture artefacts* Define integration patterns and APIs to ensure seamless data flow across systems* Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation* Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards* Contribute to enterprise architecture practices and continuous improvement initiatives**What you’ll bring*** Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure* Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and cloud architecture* Ability to bridge business and technical teams with clear communication and stakeholder engagement* Experience across architecture layers: business processes, data, applications, and infrastructure* A strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability**We’re big on supporting our people- at work and beyond.
