Alchemy in Motion is proud to be expanding and we are seeking another experienced and passionate Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our supportive, dynamic and multidisciplinary team on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We have also had a very exciting year within our team with an unprecedented amount of MAT leave and baby announcements so this position is a unique one as it offers a full and established list for the right physio to ultimately walk into!

Who Are We?
We are an established and well known multidisciplinary health care clinic with two locations on the Sunshine Coast - our primary hub is in Noosa and our Northern clinic is in Gympie.

We have a wide variety of close collaborations and partnered programmes with other local businesses, referrers including consultants, surgeons and GPs and local council such as:
Guaranteed obstetric referral pathways where we are included in private obstetricians' pregnancy management service
Established referral pathways from cardiologists, pain specialists, orthopaedic surgeons, colorectal specialists, gastoenterologists, obstetricians & gynaecologists as well as a wide variety of GPs
Referral pathways and programmes established with local businesses such as gyms, personal trainers and other health care providers
Funded local council programmes including pregnancy aqua and strong foundations (obstetric exercise program)

What CLINICAL SKILLS do our pelvic health physios require?
At Alchemy, we all have different areas of passion, experience and interest! One of the many perks of being a part of our large team is that each clinician can choose exactly what sort of conditions and presentations they want on their list. We have designed and developed a clear and effective triage system that identifies everyone's area of special interest which assists with client management and allows for optimum client outcomes.
The skills or interest areas that our pelvic floor physios have include:
Pelvic floor dysfunction / rehab (female & male)
POP assessment and management (incl. pessary prescription)
Bladder and bowel dysfunction (female and male)
Pelvic pain (female & male)
Gynae conditions/rehab (e.g. endo/adeno, pre/post op hysterectomy / POP repair)
Men's Health - Pre/post prostatectomy / TURP management, sexual dysfunction
Paediatric / adolescent continence
Breast dysfunction - mastitis, engorgement, blocked ducts
BONUS CLINICAL SKILLS
It would be excellent if the applicant had additional experience in:
Pilates
Vestibular physiotherapy
Respiratory physiotherapy
Cardiorespiratory physiotherapy
