The job description is for a Training Lead role. The candidate will work closely with SMEs, Compliance, and Business Leaders to design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design detailed training strategy and implementation approach
* Conduct a thorough training needs analysis across business units to identify accurate role-specific learning needs
* Design and develop AML/CTF training curriculum and materials, including e-learning modules, case studies, and assessments
* Manage the end-to-end training development process, from curriculum design to final sign-off by key stakeholders
* Collaborate with SMEs, Compliance, and Line of Business representatives to ensure role-specific training content meets business needs
* Facilitate virtual training discussions, exercise-based workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
* Report on training completion across the firm
* Vendor collaboration – leading development of integrated learning content
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training and make necessary adjustments
Requirements for this position include strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and compliance best practices, previous experience as a Learning Designer or Training Lead within a legal, financial or professional services environment, and proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
