Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant you will provide support to the Executive Director City Infrastructure and directorate Executive Managers, managing complex, diverse and high-level range of administrative duties to ensure the efficient day to day running of the Directorate. Within this role you will be required to work independently and must be able to work under pressure to manage a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The position acts as an interface between the Executive Director and Executive Managers, staff and external parties delivering superior customer service and management of issues, providing an immediate response and/or implementing appropriate courses of action while promoting a positive image of City of Newcastle.
