Hero Sushi is a Sushi Takeaway and Restaurant brand operating approximately 50 stores across Australia, with most stores managed directly by the head office. As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Manager.

[Position]
* Manager (Full-time, flexible schedule, approximately 45 hours per week)
* Long-term commitment, capable of store management and team leadership
[Salary/Adult]
* There is a 3 to 4-week training period.
The pay rate might start at $29 per hour and may vary depending on experience.
* After training, Hourly, Before tax :
* Weekdays $32.5/hourly
* Weekend rates x1.25–1.5, Public holidays x2.25, Overtime x1.5 or x2 as applicable
* 12% Super + Annual leave + Sick leave

* Sushi and menu quality control
* Managing and reporting store sales
