About Companion Care
We are currently seeking a reliable and empathetic companion to join our team in Wagga Wagga. The role will involve providing support with daily activities, companionship, and assistance to individuals who require care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing person-centered care and support to clients in their own homes
* Assisting with daily errands, such as grocery shopping and meal preparation
* Engaging in social activities with clients, such as conversation and games
* Reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of clients to the relevant authorities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working with individuals who require care and support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Current National Police Check and First Aid/CPR certification
