The Opportunity Attractive base rate + Overtime + Super The opportunity to join a great team Overtime available Day shift Monday - Friday As a Mechanical Fitter, working closely with the maintenance team, you will perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on all mechanical machinery within the factory. Your responsibilities include analyzing performance issues, developing, and implementing strategies for improvement in production and efficiency.
You will fault find and troubleshoot to minimize downtime and improve operational effectiveness. You will ensure that regular maintenance programs are carried out according to the maintenance plans and standards, with all procedures and safe work method statements completed before tasks commence.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor based in Ingleburn, you will undertake mechanical repairs and maintenance of an insulation product factory. Additional overtime may be required based on operational demand.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all site WHSE policies and procedures, working safely and with minimal environmental impact.
