Our platform helps builders, contractors, and project teams improve project visibility, reporting, and operational efficiency. We are currently expanding our product capabilities, including advanced reporting, automation, and emerging AI‐driven solutions.
The Role
We're looking for a Product & Solutions Analyst (Business Analyst / Systems Analyst) to work across customer requirements, product development, and reporting. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working with both clients and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document business and system requirements
* Translate requirements into clear specifications for developers
* Work directly with customers to understand workflows and needs
* Support custom development and solution delivery
* Define and document Power BI dashboards and reporting requirements
* Manage and support selected client accounts
o Collaborate with product and engineering teams
o Identify improvements in systems, reporting, and processes
o Contribute to automation and future AI‐driven initiatives
Skills & Experience
o Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst
o Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
o Experience with Power BI (or similar BI/reporting tools)
o Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
o Experience working with clients or stakeholders
o Strong problem‐solving and attention to detail
o Self‐starter with the ability to work independently
Highly regarded
o Experience with construction systems, project management software, or construction workflows
o Experience in SaaS or software environments

o Proactive and takes ownership of outcomes
o Strong communicator (technical and non‐technical)
o Interested in learning new technologies
o Curious about emerging AI and automation in software
