About the Role
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for every customer, supporting your team to achieve sales and KPI goals, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
* Create a welcoming and engaging experience for customers
* Support your team to achieve sales and performance targets
* Ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels through receiving, restocking, and merchandising
* Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately
* Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and store presentation
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays. While retail experience is beneficial, it's not essential. However, you must have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, working in a fast-paced team environment, and being self-motivated and goal-driven.
