You will deliver safe, sustainable and efficient property and facilities services, ensuring operational availability and compliance while supporting the Bank's core business.This position offers exposure across a broad facilities management portfolio, including building engineering services, facilities operations, emergency management and related disciplines—providing variety, challenge and professional growth.## **Key responsibilities*** Preserve, protect and enhance the Bank's property and facilities assets* Manage client, tenant and stakeholder relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery* Provide expert advice on facilities infrastructure and property services* Deliver financial outcomes through operational efficiency and effective contract management* Develop, implement and monitor facility and property strategies, policies, procedures and plans## **Your background**To succeed in this role, you will bring:* Over 10 years' experience in Facilities and Building Services* Practical knowledge and experience in Facilities, Building Services, Business continuity* Strong understanding of contract management and technical building systems* Proven experience in property and facilities management within a manufacturing environment* Experience using relevant software applications, spreadsheets and databases* Demonstrated capability in procurement, drafting contracts and managing service providers* Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills## **What will set you apart*** Extensive industry experience across property and facilities services* A strong customer service mindset with the ability to build productive, trusted working relationships* Well-developed communication, interpersonal and organisational skills* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving* Emotional maturity and professional confidence, with the ability to remain composed, balanced and credible in complex or high‐pressure situations* Current knowledge of building maintenance and services contracting arrangements, contract law and technical systems* Relevant undergraduate qualifications (preferred) in Engineering, Property related field, with lease management experience will be highly regarded## **Your development & career**Join an organisation that genuinely makes a difference to the Australian community.
