Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and driven site manager to oversee Residential Piling projects across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of 4-5 personnel, including machinery operators and labourers, while working alongside subcontractors.
2. Read and interpret construction drawings.
3. Understand soil conditions, torque readings, and working depths.
4. Carry out precise site set-outs using a Robotic Total Station or manually.
5. Operate 5.5t and 6.5t excavators.
6. Identify potential design issues and provide clear, practical solutions.
7. Train and mentor crew members for future leadership roles.
8. Ensure all site work follows proper safety procedures and WHS requirements.
Requirements
9. Experience in bored piers or screw pile installation is desired.
10. Able to read plans and understand structural requirements.
11. Competent excavator operator (PD10, PD12, drill attachments).
12. Valid driver's licence and white card.
13. Dependable, proactive, and hands-on work style.
14. Full working rights in Australia.
