Your day-to-day responsibilities
1. Welcoming guests with the warmest of welcomes
2. Prioritizing IHG Rewards Club members, InterContinental Ambassadors, and returning guests in person or over the phone
3. Managing bookings efficiently including suggesting upgrades and promoting amenities 's services.
4. Making cash and credit payments swiftly while maintaining accuracy during all transactions. This ensures both our customers get fast service & we increase sales via personal recommendations based on what they are interested into buying which will also allow us better understand their preferences so as provide relevant offers tailored exactly towards them ! One key area here would be focusing heavily upon establishing strong relationships built around mutual trust - something absolutely necessary before taking any step further down line because once established such connection remains rock solid even through tough times ahead when stakes rise high yet still stays intact!
