Role Description
Trainer/ Assessor - Remote (casual hours)
Responsibilities
- Assessing student submissions via the online Learning Management System
- Providing supportive feedback for students to grow and learn
- Responding to student requests for assistance and support through chat or emails
- Run webinars, student meet and greet sessions and trainer/student drop-in sessions
- Compliance with ASQA RTO Standards 2025
ASQA Requirements
- Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing or higher qualification
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
- Practical experience gained as a Conveyancer in Industry
Skills
- LMS systems knowledge (preferably aXcelerate)
- Excellent communication skills with students, peers, management
- Resources and assessment development
- Proficient in MS Office
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Continuous improvement and growth mindset - striving to be better
