**About the role**
To support our success we are looking for a Team Leader, Risk & Quality Assurance to join the Member Services team in **Brisbane.**
As the Team Leader, Risk & Quality Assurance you will lead the operational risk, quality and control supervision functions within Member Services. You will be accountable for alignment, monitoring, supervision and implementation of sustainable business practices that reduce operational risk to Australian Retirement Trust Member Services business unit, whilst maintaining our compliance obligations and quality framework across factual and general advice service delivery.
**This role is available as a permanent full-time opportunity.**
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of risk governance and quality assurance evaluation frameworks within financial services operational teams' context.
- Highly developed understanding of how to identify, assess and control existing and emerging business risks according to our internal Risk Management framework.
- Proven ability to understand and effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders including experience in the areas of liaison,consultation, negotiation, and
influencing.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and delivering operational efficiencies and
effectiveness.
