Partnerships - Influencers and Affiliates

We’re a growing, grassroots brand with global ambitions and we’re looking for a Partnerships role to help us spread more smiles around the world through our Athletes, Influencers and Affiliates.
The Role:
This role is responsible for managing creator relationships, briefing content campaigns, overseeing seeing & gifting logistics, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality, brand-aligned content.
The role also drives the growth and performance of Budgy Smuggler’s Affiliate Program, nurturing commercial partnerships that blend authenticity with measurable sales impact.
Main Responsibilities:
Content Engine Program
* Lead the Content Engine: Manage our network of influencers and affiliate talent who generate high-quality content for use across all Budgy Smuggler digital platforms.
* Briefing & Coordination: Develop clear and timely briefs for influencer and affiliate creators to generate both organic and paid social media content in alignment with campaign goals.
* Gifting Logistics: Oversee product gifting to creators (influencers and affiliates) to ensure timely delivery of campaign-critical attire and assets.
* Content Library Management: Maintain an organised system of approved content for use by the marketing and performance media teams.
* Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure the output supports creative and media needs.
* Performance Oversight: Manage and monitor program results, including tracking referral code performance, campaign offers, creator contracts, and removing under-performing talent, and ensuring timely delivery on commitments.
* Global Talent Network Growth: Scale and maintain a high-quality creative network to 1,000+ vetted global creators, ensuring talent and geo diversity, and brand alignment.
* Talent Acquisition Funnels: Build and optimise recruiting funnels to consistently acquire, vet, and onboard high-quality creators across key markets.
* Assistance: Additional resources will be allocated to assist with the admin surrounding this program.
Affiliate Program Ownership
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking of affiliate partners using discount codes and performance-based incentives.
* Monitor and report on affiliate-driven sales, ensuring top performers are nurtured with tailored campaigns and perks.
* Coordinate monthly or quarterly reviews of affiliate contributions to brand visibility and revenue.
Seeding and Relationship Delivery
* Own and maintain the AU Seeding Strategy, working closely with George & Guillaume on the EU side.
* Budget Allocation & Seeding: Plan, track, and optimise the seeding allocation budget to ensure maximum ROI across talent segments and key markets
* Ensure product is in talent’s hands pre-major releases to drive hype and visibility.
* Manage milestone gifting logistics across core sports talent and notable influencers.
* Collaborate with Marketing to keep talent engagement energetic and brand-aligned.
